The most random thing has happened to me this week. After searching for a show to watch on one of those streaming video sites, I came across a show that I used to watch with my dad a long time ago, when I was a kid. Mystery Science Theater 3000. I remembered it being somewhat entertaining, either that or I remember my dad laughing at it. Anyways, I pulled up an episode. My girlfriend, Sarah, was protesting while the horribly corny intro played. I assured her that the show was good and to give it a chance.
As soon as I saw the silhouettes of Mike Nelson and his robot buddies, Tom Servo and Crow in the theater a rush of memories came flooding into my mind. All of a sudden I realize that this is an amazing show. After 5 minutes of their hilarious commentary over a horribly done B Christmas Movie from Mexico, I was hooked! If you haven’t seen this show, you must watch it. Give it a chance.
