I have been doing the whole talk radio thing for almost 2 years now and as of late I feel the show has been losing steam. Not that the shows have been bad by any means, but that I think the co-hosts are losing the dynamic that they used to have with me. Now that they are more comfortable with being on the show they are slowly trying to steal the spot-light. And don’t think I am being pampas and I want to be the star, its not like that at all. I am the host, I make the show run, I spend all of my free time working on the show, I bought all of the equipment, and I have been doing it a lot longer than they have.

Recently I am constantly being talked over and my jokes stepped on because everyone just wants to hear themselves talk. And it’s taking a wear on myself, the show, and the fans. Last week a concerned listener started a thread on our forum talking about this very issue and to my surprise a lot of listeners agreed. Greg wanted me to defend him while they were attacking him but the truth is that I kind of agree with them (well, just about the talking over thing, I think Greg is hilarious, and apparently some of the listeners don’t think so).

I am gonna have to have a talk with them and if it keeps up the way it’s going then there are going to have to be some drastic changes. Changes that I am not gonna want to make, but are necessary for the show.
